Contract for the supply of food products for restaurants Brasserie and Héronnière 2014-2015.

 

Caracteristics :

Contract with several packs. Each product family (22 families) is considered as an entire pack and is the subject of a specific competition and then of own contracts.

Packs are dispatched as follows:

 

Family 10.01 – products 01 to 49 : frozen meat and frozen elaborated products

Family 10.02 – products 50 to 65 : frozen sea food

Family 10.03 – products 66 to 99 : Meat: frozen beef, pork, veal, giblets and poultry

Family 10.04 – products 100 to 120 : Cooked pork meals

Family 10.05 – products 121 to 165 : Frozen raw and elaborated vegetables

Family 10.06 – products 166 to 233 : Butter, eggs, cheese, cream, smoked or pickled fish

Family 10.07 – products 234 to 240 : French fries and patatoes

Family 10.08 – products 241 to 258 : Fruits, fresh vegetables, seasonings and 5th range vegetables

Family 10.09 – products 259 to 473 : grocery and condiments

Family 10.10 – products 474 to 530 : Beers and ciders

Family 10.11 – products 531 to 595 : Beverages without alcohol, fruit drinks, waters

Family 10.12 – products 596 to 639 : Aperitif and digestive

Family 10.13 – products 640 to 664 : Wines and champagnes

Family 10.14 – products 665 to 668 : Coffee and other products

Family 10.15 – products 669 to 671 : Coffee and other products for Valburger

Family 10.16 – products 672 to 677 : Regional specialties

Family 10.17 – products 678 to 721 : one portion and multi portion cooked dishes

Family 10.18 – products 722 to 809 : Loose ice creams and frozen desserts

Family 10.19 – products 810 to 875 : Frozen pastries, delicatessen and catering

Family 10.20 – products 876 to 887 : Fresh bakerys

Family 10.21 – products 888 to 901 : Salads

Family 10.22 – Products 902 to 919 : non food small supplies
